About DAPHNE

A dedicated and determined Former National Badminton Player of Malaysia who has extensive knowledge in exercise, sports science and sports psychology. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Sports Science (UM) and Masters Degree in Sports Science (UM) majoring in Sports Psychology. She has successfully inspired athletes and individuals to bring out their best in sports and in life. She has delivered sports talk in Germany, Japan, Taiwan, China and Malaysia.

As a badminton coach, one of her significant achievements was helping the Malaysia Deaflympic Team to win 2nd Place in Deaflympics 2017, Turkey. In 2018, she was invited to coach in TSG Augsburg Club, Germany. She has developed many badminton players who were selected and currently in the national and state junior team.

For her passion in sports, she was best-known as the talent of MILO@Nestle " Jom, Aktif Negaraku" Campaign". She was also the face of the new MILO ActiveGo Plus Fibre Packaging. On top of that, she is also the sports talent and ambassador for Sports Direct (badminton) and Protech Sports.

In the area of sports psychology, she supported the Malaysia Manila Sea Games 2019 E-Sports Team on psychological aspects and helped the team to win the first E-Sports Sea Games Gold Medal in Hearthstone. Currently, she is also working with youth athletes on mental conditioning.

Her corporate wellness programs are effective and engaging which results to positive working environment. Some of the corporate companies she worked with are Top Glove Corporation, Roche (M) Sdn Bhd, FedEx Sales Team (Penang, KL and Johor), FedEx APAC Talent & Learning team, Huntsman Global Business Services, Ericsson Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad, Kuala Lumpur- Kepong Berhad, Nestle Malaysia, Singapore Psyhological Society.
